Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets and schedules are met
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with operators
- Maintain quality standards during the manufacturing process
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing or industrial production
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning and machine operations
