High-Tolerance Sheet Metal Engineering for Heavy-Duty Infrastructure
We provide world-class Custom Metal Fabrication and structural engineering for high-stakes industrial applications. From precision sheet metal components to heavy-duty industrial enclosures and large-scale frames, our facility is optimized for global OEMs requiring high-repeatability and structural integrity. By integrating advanced CNC technology with certified manual and robotic welding, we deliver custom-engineered assemblies that meet international quality standards.
Our end-to-end workflow integrates advanced CNC technology with certified craftsmanship to move your project from raw sheet metal to a high-strength, finished assembly.
1. Technical Design & DFM Review
Every project begins with a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis. Our engineers review your CAD files to optimize bend deductions, hole placements, and material usage, ensuring the strongest possible structure at the lowest production cost.
2. High-Precision CNC Cutting
Using high-power Fiber Laser and Plasma cutting, we achieve burr-free edges and ultra-tight tolerances. This precision is critical for complex industrial enclosures and interlocking structural frames.
3. CNC Folding & Forming
Multi-axis press brakes perform precise, repeatable bends. Whether it is a simple 90-degree bracket or a complex multi-bend housing, our automated back-gauging ensures every part in a 1,000-unit run is identical.
4. High-Speed Punching & Stamping
For parts requiring ventilation louvers, perforated patterns, or countersunk holes, we utilize high-speed CNC punching. This is the most efficient method for processing large-scale industrial panels.
5. Certified Joining & Welding
We provide high-strength structural integrity through MIG and TIG welding.
Robotic Welding: For high-volume consistency on long seams.
Manual Welding: For intricate, custom-engineered joints that require a master’s touch.
6. Secondary Finishing & Treatment
To survive harsh industrial environments, parts undergo surface treatments including de-burring, powder coating, or galvanizing. This ensures long-term corrosion resistance and a professional aesthetic.
7. Modular Assembly & Inspection
The final stage involves the installation of hardware-hinges, gaskets, and mounting plates. Each assembly is then inspected for dimensional accuracy and structural alignment before being packed for global shipping
